This video shows you where i'll be living, don't the rooms look amazing?
I've been on the Facebook group for freshers, and recognised one of the people on there. It turns out a really lovely girl I met on the open day is also coming down, so i'm not entirely alone! Although someone else from my college is going, I have only met her once, so i'm as good as alone anyway. I like it that way, its like my own personal adventure....

I've gone for a red theme...
We found this amazing shop called Tesco Homeplus, which is basically a Tesco John Lewis. Perfect as I get my 10% discount there and have £60 of clubcard vouchers! One of the things I was most excited about getting was my own fancy knives and forks, not just stainless steel ones, you can just see the handles to the right of the tea towels! Mum's been telling me off for only getting one mug, and that I should have many to offer guests tea + coffee. I argued that, as I don't drink tea or coffee, I won't have any of these things myself! My little towels are another great find; the orange and black on the left. I found them in TK Maxx, and they have little halloween bat and spooky tree prints on them!

I went to Bristol to start shopping for the enormous list of things I need!

I needed AAB to get in, but got in with ABB, amazing if you read articles like this and similar.
But still, seeing this at 6:55 on thursday morning made me very happy indeed....

My camera just died when I had just set up for a semi-professional shoot. I had to take it into the 'camera hospital'. It could take weeks to fix.
For now this image reminds me of my life, looking into the brightness of the future.

Apparently my project lacks direction and isn't focused enough. Thanks, it's the day before the exam.

This is one of my favourite images so far. I used a Photoshop action on it (something i've come to love) which is named 'Vintage Film Effect'. It seems pretty complicated, and to get there myself would probably be a lot of guesswork, but on some images it just adds so much more.
I'll be using this for my photography exam, which is coming up in a week. Hopefully the examiner loves it as much as I do.....
I got into my first choice uni, in the place I most want to be in in the world.
So now its a matter of waiting until the time comes to move!
